1. A signed version of the agreement must be sent to

2. Email the completed request form to sesame@lanl.gov with the subject of your email as SESAME registration.

   Please e-mail sesame@lanl.gov  if you have any questions regarding all other registration information.

3. When any results are published please be sure to cite the database and the individual(s) that created the material. By doing so, you are complying with the copyright agreement. The details of who authored the EOS will be contained in the 101 comments in the database. The suggested citation formats are:

   [standard journal ref]; SESAME [material number].

   [authors], SESAME [material number], in Los Alamos National Laboratory Report No. LA-UR-[year-number], ([month, year]).

   [authors], SESAME [material number], in Sandia National Laboratory Report No. SAND-[year-number], ([month, year]).
